This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed at Jeevan Hardware.
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team immediately using the contact details provided below. Cancellation requests will be processed based on the current status of the order.
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
Customers must report such issues within 48–72 hours of delivery along with valid proof such as images or videos.
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 working days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to provide bank account details for processing the refund.

In eligible cases, we may arrange a pickup from the customer’s location. In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our address.
Return shipping charges may be borne by Jeevan Hardware only in cases where the issue is verified as a seller-side error (damaged/incorrect product).
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank. While we process refunds within 5–7 working days, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
